Our story.
Established in 2023, Rolling Bone is a volunteer run rescue dedicated to finding loving homes for deserving dogs. Our team of hard-working humans—volunteers, veterinarians, and behaviourists—work together to provide the care our dogs need, ensuring they’re ready for their forever families.
As a foster-based organization, we do not have one central location. Our humans are located throughout the GTA, servicing their local communities and beyond.

I’m Liz.
I’m a wife and a mother.
I’m a sister and a daughter.
I’m a realist and an idealist, and in this world, it’s hard to know which is worse.
I brush my eyebrows and not my hair.
I apologize too much and not enough.
I trip over my own two feet, and often my tongue as well.
I believe in deep conversations and dark humour.
I believe in cheese and chocolate, and things that warm the soul.
I believe that what this world needs is simply, more love.
And dogs.

100% of proceeds go to the care of our dogs.
We are only able to do what we do with the help of humans like you. Our rescue efforts are entirely funded by our sponsors, donors, and adoption fees.
For each dog, we provide the appropriate medical care (including vaccinations, deworming, spay/neutering, and microchipping), behavioural assessment, and foster environment to ensure they are ready for our forever home.
We do not receive any funding or financial support from local or federal government agencies.
