Welcome Shadow!

Meet Shadow, a loving and loyal two-year-old Boxer who has recently joined our care due to an owner surrender. Unfortunately, like many families today, his previous owners were unable to provide him with the time and attention he deserves.

Shadow embodies the typical Boxer traits of intelligence, high energy, and playfulness. His strong need for companionship and regular exercise means he thrives in the presence of his human family and should not be left alone for extended periods. When left isolated in his crate for too long, he may exhibit destructive behaviour. Thus, we believe that Shadow would flourish in an active household, ideally one with children and another medium-to-large dog to keep him company.

While Shadow's compatibility with cats has not been tested, his keen prey drive is evident when he spots squirrels during outdoor activities. Consequently, we recommend caution with small animals in his vicinity.
